We recommend using non-stick cookware when cooking with neat. You won’t find grease in the pan, as you would with ground beef, so a light coating of your cooking oil of choice in the pan is also recommended.

The ingredients are NON-GMO certified. neat Meat is low in calories and is a healthy source of protein. Made primarily with pecans, neat does contain some fat, but this is what gives neat meat its rich flavor.

I love that I can completely understand the ingredients. Some of the other meat substitutes are so heavily processed that I’m not convinced they are better for you. My husband loves these as meatballs too! I tried the Mexican version as ground in a skillet and wasn’t super impressed. Hubby found it suitable though."
